Paddy was incredible. Terrific communication and went above and beyond. The toilet that I purchased (on my own) was found to be broken once he opened the box. He immediately scanned the barcode and told me the nearest store to replace. He went away and completed a short project while I replaced the unit. He came back that day and replaced it. Amazing guy. Looking forward to hiring again.

With limited number of reviews I was not sure about the plumber but after speaking to him and understanding how he will perform the job , I gained confidence. After opening up the wall , the job was bit complex than he had expected but to his professionalism , he didn’t charge extra. This is first week after the work is done and we are good. Great job and he finished well in time.

Friendly and knowledgeable guys. They did a water heater install and it went smoothly. I bought my own water heater and they picked up and installed. Easy to communicate over Thumbtack and text. I prepped my house with floor protection so they could come in and out of the house without taking off their shoes. It was convenient for them and it made my cleanup easier. The install all went smoothly so five stars.
