- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount for active and retired military, police officers and firefighters. We also offer a 5% discount for seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting them with a text, stating who I am and what is it that they are exactly looking to do. Giving them as much information as I can give them. Asking them questions about previous work that may have been done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That sometimes the cheapest price is not the best quality work. Just because someone offers you a cheaper price doesn’t mean they are doing the best work possible.
