I asked if he could return because I was confused about something that was happening with the heat but when he came he actually took the time to run some tests in front of me and showed me it was actually just a preset I previously had on my heating control panel. He educated me on how to use it and also offered to come by and help if I ever had anymore questions or concerns. Really enjoyed working with John and The Pro Bros."See more

Phil and his associate were punctual for the appointment. Phil is very reasonable and explained us what is happening with the HVAC, knowledgeable to repair the leakage. We had to call him to recheck since the fan didn't work the night of the repair. He came in and made sure everything is in place and confirmed everything is working. They are very honest and told us to keep the AC running for few hours. We are all set now and willing to hire Phil in future.

Came out to diagnose HVAC issue; A.C. upstairs was not working. Initially said the new thermostat recently installed was the issue, then said there was a wire shortage that caused a shortage in the coil. He was supposed to procure the parts and call me the next day to reschedule the repair. I didn't hear from him so I sent him a message; no response. My sense is he did not know what he was doing or did not have the ability to complete the repair. I hired someone else.

Air-Ric's Tech service is an excellent an highly qualified technicians. Eric who owns the company is honest and very compassionate about his work. He arrived on time and reviewed my HVAC system and gave his advice on what to do to keep it running smoothly more efficiently, on how A/Cbcan last longer. When I wanted to upgrade the unit he told me to wait.. Where other techs would just do it, to get more money. Eric is very honest tech. He cleaned out the Compressor and gave it some Freon and Voila!... The A/C was running just in time for a very hot Memorial Day Week End. Also, is hourly, rate is very affordable which is great if you are on a budget like me. I highly recommend Air-Ric Tech Service.. You won't be disappointed!

Didn’t have white glove experience but they were okay. They came an hour late from the scheduled time. They blamed traffic but any professional knows when to leave to go to a clients house. It’s part of time management. The courteous thing to do is keep the customer updated as to exactly what time you’ll arrive. Everyone’s time is important. I had a meeting scheduled for 10:30am but they should up at 10am. And when they were done, they were rushing me to get off the phone but I had to remind them if they came on time they wouldn’t be late to their next appointment. They vacuumed water that was leaking and added pieces of wood to the back of the air handler so it’s properly balanced. They unclogged some pipe. They cleaned out condenser after I asked them too but I thought that was part of the routine maintenance. And they cleaned out my dryer vent. Before they came all of my zones for AC were working and after they left 1 stopped working. Maybe they did something, maybe they didn’t who knows. I was on a meeting so I couldn’t see. Greg said I would have to reach out to a HVAC tech to see what’s wrong. Like I said they got the job done but I didn’t get the full experience like others did that I saw on Thumbtack.
