It really depends on the house, what salesprice you are looking for, what time you have to invest and much more. Each house is unique and each situation is different. After an initial consultation at your home, I will give you a staging (or redesign) offer, depending on what I believe will be best for your situation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a professional and certified stager. It is their only business to get homes designed to please the buyers eyes, so to ultimately sell your home for a higher price. It gives your realtor the time and tools to market your property to a larger audience of buyers and gives you the time to focus on your next home, or your next goal in life.
