Introduction: Glenbrook Martial Arts is a transformation school. At GMA, we teach one of the oldest and most dynamic martial arts in the world, Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do is a Korean art known for powerful punches and kicks. Our school emphasizes the development of character, confidence, respect, and discipline. We'll teach you how to become the best leader and role model you can be. We teach classes for all ages, 6 days a week! We also have a combat fitness program to help get you in the best shape of your life. Besides that, we host super fun birthday parties.
