- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly tutor students in the high school maths - algebra, geometry and trigonometry. I also get a lot of requests to tutor the SAT.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't make a hasty decision or pick a tutor solely based on price or credentials. Make sure you meet this person at least once before hiring them. They will be working one-on-one with your young student for a possibly extended period of time. And don't think that paying more at a tutoring center automatically gets you a better tutor - many of those tutors are the same people you would hire on your own, but the tutoring center tacks on 50-100% or even more to the price.
