Pricing varies based on the scope, volume, and complexity of each project. I offer clear, upfront estimates after a brief consultation so there are no surprises. Projects are typically one-time, with optional monthly support available for ongoing digital organization. I don’t charge hidden fees, and there’s no pressure to commit quickly. Discounts may be available for bundled services or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand the scope, volume, and goals of the project. From there, I recommend a clear, no-pressure plan tailored to the client’s needs. Projects are handled in phases — scanning, digital organization, and setup — so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming. Once the system is in place, clients can choose to continue with monthly support or simply maintain it on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in document imaging, records management, and digital organization, including handling sensitive and regulated information. I am HIPAA certified and follow secure handling practices for medical, personal, and confidential records. My background combines technical organization skills with real-world experience designing systems that are practical, secure, and easy to use.
