- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service rate is $50 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Product sourcing is optional and billed separately if needed. I provide an estimated timeframe before scheduling, and if a project is taking longer than expected, I communicate that in advance so the client can decide how they’d like to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start by reviewing a few photos or a short video of the space to understand the layout and scope of the project. From there, I recommend next steps, including estimated time and whether product sourcing would be helpful. For larger or more complex spaces, I may suggest a brief in-person walkthrough. Once details are confirmed, we schedule the project and I handle the full organization and reset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes years of hands-on experience working in private homes as a nanny and household manager. This has given me practical training in organization, household systems, time management, and supporting families in a respectful and discreet way.
