We hired Brian to build/install and paint some simple custom shelving in a useless nook behind our shower. They came out perfect and for a fair price. He also regrouted portions of our shower and floor.
Since then the Fratturo’s (both Brian, Harry and their crew, have completely rebuilt our old deck and added to it. (Was told by another contractor the original framing was unsalvageable and we’d need to rebuild it entirely). He also painted a hallway w staircase on short notice without issue.
We just sold that house and they will be doing all the same things to our new one. They are the only choice.

I requested a quote for repairs to a fence that had been damaged a few months earlier when a tree fell on it. Brian responded almost immediately with a preliminary quote and set up a time to come to the property for a visual inspection. He did a good job keeping me up to date on when the special-order materials were due to arrive and letting me know when my job would be done. He was prompt, helpful in his suggestions, friendly and true to his word. This small job was dismissed by several contractors previously they would come to inspect the property and waste my time because I would never hear from them again after they left promising they would be back with a quote. Small business owners these days seem to have their pick of jobs because most treat homeowners with small jobs as if were bothering them. I have a more significant project I would like done in the next year or so and have now asked Brian for a quote on that. Its as if most of them dont realize small jobs done well lead to customer loyalty and a good working relationship the homeowner is happy to continue with for years to come. I would recommend Fratturo Home Remodeling without reservation.

Brian was very professional and friendly. Our baby gate turned out to be more complicated than expected, and he brought in a colleague and made sure it was done right. His price was reasonable, and I can't say how much I appreciate him making our house safe for our baby.

Brian recently remodeled our main bathroom, it was our first experience with a contractor that is not a relative so I was not sure what to expect. We are very pleased with the final product, it turned out better than I expected.
The bathroom needed a lot of work, a total gut job as it’s an older home with a few plumbing problems with an uneven floor. Brian was a huge help in the initial design phase, helping guide us in the right direction in terms of materials (tile and fixtures). His estimate was on par with the job given how involved it was, he helped identify areas to cut costs appropriately, which was a huge help.
From Demo to completion, he was very transparent about progress; the timing and next steps so there were no surprises. His team put plastic in the doorways, covered floors, and used fans to ensure the rest of my house was not disrupted or messy. Each day when I came home, the house was clean and it was hard to tell they were there other than the progress in the bathroom.
In the end, the bathroom looks amazing; it is an incredible update for our family and will increase the value of our home for sure. My favorite part is the custom niche shelf that Brian designed for my very tall shampoo bottles. We would definitely hire him again for this or any future home.
