Alexs team came in and did a steam cleaning a color seal for my main bathroom. They were on time and did great work and wrapped up the cleaning in one day. Id recommend them if I needed more grout work or tile restoration down the line

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will provide a free, in-home estimate for our customers, where we will do a walkthrough of the areas in question with the homeowner to understand what they wish to accomplish from the project, what their timelines to resolve the issue are and how we service those areas. From there, we move into education on our process, duration, materials to be used and when we are available. Then, we prefer to provide an estimate on-site before leaving the property so we can confirm appointment details and schedule the job.

My company is part of a larger franchise network that provides extensive training to new franchise owners.
