We cannot say enough good things about BrightHaven Restoration. If possible I would give a 10 stars rating. Within 60 minutes after I called BridghtHaven Restoration, David, the owner, and his team were at our door. They were ready to clean up the water and sewage and mitigate any further property damage. David calmly walked in, assessed what needed to be done, gave us a few options, and provided a reasonable estimate at no cost. At first, we were frightened and overwhelmed, but David's calm professionalism made all the difference. He took time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the remediation process, and gave us the confidence to move forward. We honestly were so fortunate to locate this company and could not give BrightHaven Restoration a high enough recommendation. Bright Haven saved the day during our recent water emergency in the middle of the night. They were extremely professional, responsive, and quick to arrive. We called these guys already frustrated with the situation. I called and they arrived to our house shortly after. They gave us a quote and went right to work. We were shocked at how amazing it looked. They removed all things that were damaged and cleaned what could be saved. We joked we should have flooded it sooner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were amazing so personable and professional.
