David responded right away after my first experience with Thumbtack. His company does just about anything and he and George were so thoughtful and courteous and respectful of my possessions as they rearranged my bedroom and living room since I’m stuck with a broken leg. I already have two other jobs for them; clearing out my garage storage unit and hauling away some junky storage containers. A great thanks to them and they were able to fit me in the same day I requested so obviously they do their best to make their customers happy.

We've had to call BrightHaven Restoration twice now for two unrelated issues with my rental property, and both times the experience was great. First was a bathroom leak from the second floor that came through the first-floor ceiling. They opened it up, dried everything out on both levels, and pointed us to someone who could fix the root cause and repair the ceiling, which saved us a lot of guesswork. The second time was a sewage leak in the basement, a much uglier situation that needed cleanup in two areas and some follow-up work after that.This crew is genuinely responsive and easy to deal with, e.g., we called on New Year's Eve, and someone was here within the hour, happy to help us. If you're dealing with water damage and don't know where to start, this is a great option.
