- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. My process typically begins with a phone conversation, email exchange, or Zoom call to better understand the client’s goals, background, and overall needs. 2. I develop or edit the materials based on the agreed-upon strategy and direction. 3. I send the completed work to the client for review and feedback. 4. I make any necessary revisions or adjustments. 5. Once finalized, I provide the completed materials and remain available for follow-up questions when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional background also includes experience in hiring, leadership development, organizational consulting, and career coaching within Fortune 500 and nonprofit environments. I have a PhD in Organizational Development & Leadership and professional experience across Fortune 500, financial services, manufacturing, nonprofit, healthcare, leadership development, and education environments. I have also worked with medical professionals, graduate students, recent graduates, and individuals pursuing Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I provide support with academic and dissertation editing, non-fiction manuscript development, ghostwriting, résumé writing and career branding, cover letter and LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, grant research and writing, and social science/history tutoring.
