I reached out to Dave for having two shower doors installed. Dave was super responsive, very helpful and showed up on time with his foreman Bob. Bob worked on our shower doors and again was very meticulous. Dave and his team are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Dave and his team for any small/major work you need to do. Thank you Dave.Nov 14, 2017VerifiedDavid R.'s reply
You're welcome. I appreciated the work.
They were extremely professional and completed the job well. They were able to move a water heater a few feet over and reconnect all the plumbing without issues.Nov 5, 2017VerifiedDavid R.'s reply
Owner Dave contacted me almost immediately with a quote to fix a leaky roof/chimney area. He did the work the same day, and thankfully all was well because it rained again and the leak was fixed! Very professional and will definitely hire again!Oct 26, 2017Verified
Dave is a fantastic to work with. He is punctual, professional and charges a very reasonable price for services provided. I have already hired him for another project. I would highly recommend Dave.Oct 7, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?its simple. I add a reasonable expected hourly rate, to the cost of materials. For custom furniture and other highly detailed oriented jobs, I increase my hourly rate by a respectable margin. This is because the level of detail required can be expensive in unforseeable materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have to learn every day to keep up with the challenges of my profession. Education in the age of information should be a continuos process for everyone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It has been a part of my family for four generations dating back to the late 1880's at least. It is in my blood. I personally started at the age of 12 when my family built thehome I spent the next 6 years in. I have been doing that sort of work since then either with my grandfather who owned his own General Contracting Company, or my father who was foreman for a huge construction firm, or in the military (for 29 years), and as a home owner and friend.
