Hired Will to assemble a kitchen cart for me. Anytime I messaged him through Thumbtack he responded within 10 minutes. He also let me know that he was running a little behind and what time he would be there which he was.
I'm unsure as to what struggles he encountered with the assembly but it did take over 4 hrs to complete.
