We used John on a project that was somewhat difficult in that it had new drywall, skim coating and taping. One of the contractors that we interviewed indicated that he would have to remove the plaster and put in drywall in the stairwell. John's repairs in this area were well done and saved us problems with trimming out the stairwell saving us time and money.
My criteria for a contractor is would I consider using them again? Yes.

Great work, great guy. Dependable. Have had John do just about every room in my house, from full on new drywall to extensive repairs. All look great, done promptly and clean. Wife Happy and I am happy.

Our family has hired John for several jobs.
He is trustworthy and gives an honest days work at a fair price.
I have 2 small children and a dog and he was conscientious around them making sure not to leave doors open, stray tools, or a mess.
If there were any questions or concerns, he was always quick to address the issue, or remedy the concern.
He shows up on time and ready to work.
He is friendly and responsible.
I would definitely recommend John , and plan hire him and his crew again in the future.

John and his team were terrific. He was always on top of communication with me...never a delay like so may other contractors. His estimate matched the cost, and was reasonable. John and his team came out within days of our first contact, working w/my schedule. He takes pride in his work and stands by it. Minimal mess and clean up after. I would surely call him again.
