Ideal came to replace the flange in my toilet. He let me know ahead of time that he’d be running a little late, which I appreciated. He did a great job with the repair and made sure the toilet was working perfectly before leaving. Professional and reliable service

I had a great experience with Ideal Plumbing. I had a toilet situation that I was told couldn’t be fixed by a different plumber. I reached out to Ideal because I couldn’t accept that it couldn’t be fixed. I was told that it could but I was still taking a “wait and see” approach. Sure enough, he came and fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. Responsiveness was excellent throughout the process and I was very pleased with the work done and the price charged. Will definitely be contacting Ideal Plumbing next time I need a plumber!
