- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for Installation is between 1-2 dollars a sq. ft.. The sand price is between 1-2 dollars a sq. ft. We do all types of costom work and repairs wich would be extra. We try to give as many options as possible with different prices to choose from. To meet your needs as well as your buget. We Usually get half of the total cost of the job the day we start. Then the remainder opon completion. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive. But It will look and feel like you paid alot more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact through text, talk or email. Set a time to look at the job. Come out to look at your job. Go over all the options and products to choose from. Give a price for what you choose to have done. If price is excepted, Set a time and date to start work. Sighn a contrat and get a Deposit for half of the total amount on the day we start. Remainder of balance upon competition. Write a good review on thumbtack and refer us to your friends and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been lucky enough to have worked for some of the best. Seeing many different techniques and being able to pick out the one's that worked best and made the job come out better. Have also taken time to work for a framer, sheet rockers, remodlers and trimmer's. Learning the tricks of there trade. To see how the whole job comes together. Making me able to do a better job and see any potential problems and avoid or fix them.
