I run the entire machine: The Blueprints: I generate comprehensive 2D CAD layouts, structural stage designs, and media tech maps. The Supply Chain & Freight: I source the materials, specify the gear, manage the vendor orders, and coordinate bulk transport and delivery schedules to the site. Local Agent & Crew Synergy: I leverage and coordinate an active network of vetted local service agents, equipment suppliers, and setup crews across Florida, Georgia, and Connecticut to execute the physical build. Turnkey Delivery: I oversee the entire operation from concept to the moment the doors open.
