- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we visit the site (or review photos), provide a detailed written estimate, and once approved, schedule your project. Every job ends with a client walkthrough and satisfaction check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in advanced painting techniques, surface prep, and lead-safe work practices. We’re certified by major paint manufacturers and continually update our skills. Additionally, by request and appointment, we work with several design teams to help clients choose color palettes that elevate both style and resale value.
