CAKE AND CANNABITES

Introduction: I am the pastry chef at the Country Club of Waterbury where I am featured on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday night dinner menu for plated desserts as well as wedding cakes on-site for guests and custom orders for club members. I have decided to branch out and offer my services to the public as well. Everything I produce through Custom Sugar is made on-site at the Country Club of Waterbury in the state-of-the-art kitchen. I offer a large variety of custom sweets from wedding cakes and birthday cakes to handmade truffles, fresh fruit tarts, eclairs, cookie party platters, french macaroons, etc. The possibilities for your dessert needs are endless.
