Michele offers several resume templates and the resume layout is a real eye catcher for potential employers . I had Michele do another resume for me as I needed some updates . I would encourage anyone who is either looking for new job opportunities or a new career path to get help from a great coach like Judy. I am extremely grateful for her extraordinary ability to provide an objective feedback and catch up things that a relative or friend couldn’t. It is really important to have professional outside your close friends and family to tell you what you are doing right and wrong. She did a terrific job improving my resume and cover letters by highlighting aspects of my experience and skills that I was not clearly mentioning. She also provided me with resources and encouragement on how to feel more comfortable in terms of networking and finding the right connections. It feels really great when your new resume and cover letter starts calling the attention of potential employers.

Eran is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in providing me detailed feedback regarding my resume, cover letter which led to multiple interviews. As a working professional with a lot of different experience Eran was able to review my credentials and pinpoint exactly what information should and shouldn't be included in a resume. He gave me precise information as to what employers are seeking. He also coached me through various levels of interviews and provided qualify guidance. Prior to working with Eran my resume was mediocre, Eran taught me how to update my resume and cover letter based on the position. After a very difficult two years at my previous job, I was feeling unappreciated and overwhelmed. I knew that something had to change, but even the thought of hunting for a new job was more than I could handle. I was working full time and going to school at night. I had spent the last 10 years at the same job, and felt as if my experience as a professional in my field was going to to be overshadowed by recent graduates. With their knowledge of new practices, eager, energetic, and drive to succeed, I felt as if I was no match for these tech-savvy applicants that school districts want to hire at lower salaries. I knew that I needed to rediscover what I have and other candidates don’t. I had no idea where to look for this kind of coaching, but I knew that I needed to see myself through fresh eyes. I also needed someone to help update my resume, and my whole approach to presenting myself in a way that conveyed my strengths. Eva helped me with all of this, and more. What began as a request for organizational and technical help, became a journey of self-realization. As my confidence grew, I got my energy back. Eva was professional, punctual, and quick to respond to any and all of my requests, but more than that, her ability to facilitate the change - the exact change that I wanted and needed in my life - I think surprised us both! We started applying to jobs right away by uploading my resume online. Every job posted had questions for me to answer, and I needed a lot of hand holding by way of Google drive. Employers were also asking for a mission statement and I started to write one. Eva provided me with real-time feedback during the process, and I came to understand that she has excellent communication skills and a talent for taking my thoughts - garbled at times - and turning them into clear and concise statements with me. I felt like I had a teammate, and that was so motivating for me! I wasn’t aware that I could so effectively explain the passion that I have for teaching, and my vision became clearer. I felt more confident, but I still doubted that I would find a school that was the right match. I had just written such an honest mission statement, and it came out to be truly different than that of the school I was previously working at. Eva was very encouraging in a gentle way, and we kept going. As I started receiving invitations to interviews and job fairs, online and in-person, I really needed to focus on preparing for interviews. We researched the school districts and worked on interview outlines and potential questions and answers. Going into multiple interviews back-to-back feeling prepared and organized, really helped me stay focused and confident. That’s when I realized what a real job coach does, and I knew that whatever was about to happen was going to be awesome and life changing. Now I live on the West Coast, in a different state, and I work at a progressive private school, where my expertise in the area of Creative Arts in education is valued. This school shares my vision, and I once again feel like I work with people who honor the whole child. I am happier, healthier, and more effective at my job. I am doing what I love and living my dream. I am making a better salary, and I wake up every day with a beautiful ocean view and a redefined purpose. Needless to say, I highly recommend working with Eva. I know I couldn’t have done it without her.
