Robert was wonderful. I was having problems connecting my printer to a new computer. Robert was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him for future issues. He was punctual, professional and very helpful.

I had two old Thumb Drive’s that I found after many, many years I placed them in my MacBook and they were working fine and all of a sudden they just weren’t recognized anymore. I touched base with a few different Thumbtack people and Bob gave the best price. He drove up and got the two Thumb Drives brought them back to his house and a couple days later he brought me back the data. There were a few files that couldn’t be saved, but like I said these were old old Thumb Drive’s. I will definitely reach out to Bob again if I have anything along these lines to have fixed.
