What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello Everyone! We know everyone has a busy day with personal and work life! Trust us we get it!! So we try to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. We love to text/message which we figure it the easiest! Unless you prefer to get in detail and be on the phone.. no problem there will always be someone to answer you questions! We are a ring away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The great thing with ACA is that we are all based on education and i personal choose which Artist comes on to the Agency!! I love to learn and creative! We hold monthly trainings and as we bring on a new Artist we are hand and hand with them to teach them the ACA way!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the founder of ACA, I started at a very young age. You see I am the youngest of 4 girls!! So i had many faces and heads to practice on lol. Growing up in a family of Artist I quickly depend a love for color and creativity. I fell in love with the beauty industry and all the trends and fashions it brought. From at home makeovers to working with prestige lines in NYC to France. Im happy to share and bring all my experience to my team and to all our clients!!
