Drawing style
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My work is impeccable and precise. Some of my portraits are purely representational of the person who is created. Other works often cause different emotions and feelings to a variety of people. I love what I do and I am very talented in drawing. I feel like I am always experimenting with different forms to challenge myself. I seem to come back to drawing because it is therapeutic and fulfilling for me and any client I have worked with. I love my job because I am able to share this passion into the lives of students. Since I have taught ever grade level I will comment on two things that come to mind. First I will say when a student is successful then my job is extremely rewarding. If my collegues compliment the student work, then again I know I was successful in my job. The comments: Scenario: Parent / Teacher conference night. I have displayed student art work all around the school. The parent has a conference with my colleague. The next day my colleague asks me if I met "Mrs. XYz?" I respon by saying "No". The colleague tells me that the parent made a comment about the artwork, saying "The artwork in this building is amazing" and the teacher replied "yes it is".The parent proceeds to say, "you must have an amazing art teacher" and the teacher replies "Yes!!! We do". Story 2: One of the things I like to do is to challenge the students. When we had our district wide art show, and I received positive comments from my Art teacher colleagues, and one of them told me the Superintendent had stopped by the show. I must have been talking to a parent or meeting & greeting guests, and the Superintendent told another Visual Art Teacher, in the district, how the work (from the 2 schools I teach at) was amazing and she wanted to know if the 2 teachers collaborated on projects. So the teacher said "No, it's the same teacher, Mrs. Russo" and then the Superintendent said, "it's a good thing we have a teacher like her in the district." !!! .... A few reasons I like my job.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give is to ask the professional what made them intersted in this type of work. I would also ask them to describe themself using three words, (for example... look for words like dependable, quality, takes pride in their job, good work ethics, etc.)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If I were a customer, some questions I would ask are: What is the quality of work? How much experience in the specific job do they have? How conscienctious are they or thier work and job?
