FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, existing conditions, materials, finish level, and coordination required. We begin by discussing your goals, budget, and timing so we can define a clear scope and proposal. Sharing photos, drawings, and material selections helps us assess the project accurately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a private consultation to understand the property, desired result, budget, and timing. We then define the scope, selections, site protection, schedule, and trade coordination. During construction, we communicate progress and manage the work. We finish with a walkthrough, punch-list review, and project handoff.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and property managers on residential renovations and property improvements. Our focus is thoughtful planning, careful craftsmanship, and coordinated execution across the trades involved.
