Within approximately 5 minutes of submitting my request for plumbing help, I received a reasonable quote from Brandon, 1st Home Professional Services and we set up a date and time. He was prompt, efficient, and the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He is professional, and efficient. No doubt I will be using his services for other projects in my home.
Mr Norman is a very quiet, kind, and knowledgeable professional. He installed 2 pre-hung doors. He assisted in the pickup and removal of materials. I appreciated that he took his time to complete job and answering any questions I may had along the way. I am disabled and Mr Norman took photos so I could clearly see his completed work. He made sure he cleaned the site at completion. I recommend and will definitely use Mr Norman's services for all future projects. GREAT JOB MR NORMAN!!
Walt was great. Arrived on time, even alerted us about an earlier time due to a cancellation. He was professional and friendly, even took time to pet the dog. He assessed the problem and repaired quickly in the same day. He also guarantees his work for a year. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone who has repairs.
Randy, Peter and Jose were amazing. I was left in a bind by another contractor and needed a variety of things completed (plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, many other things) in a short amount of time. My Construction Services came through on multiple occasions and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them again in the future
Did an excellent job installing fan in my screened porch. I will be using this company for all electrical services moving forward and will recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work
Renaissance, and Antonio in particular, are absolutely outstanding. From start to finish I felt completely comfortable; Antonio definitely inspires confidence. He is exceptionally prompt with his communications and very thorough in his estimates. Furthermore, the quality of the work is phenomenal. I will return to Renaissance again and again for future jobs. They are that good.
I first hired Marvin to paint and frame 44 newly installed wooden windows in my historic row home. Because I was so impressed with his professionalism and superb quality of work, I contracted him for additional services including porcelain tile installation, surfacing and reframing a roof deck, and completing the finishes of a previous contractor. If you want to hire a competent company that takes price in their work and delivers high quality services, Baiza Construction Inc. should be your choice.
Matt is a true professional. He is prompt, courteous, detail oriented and offers very reasonable prices for his services. We already contracted with him for another project and would highly recommend him for any tile/slate install.
Mr. Ingram arranged an appointment readily. He arrived right on time, handed me a card by way of in-person introduction and surveyed the work to be done. He immediately gave me a price quote which I thought to be eminently reasonable. The job required purchase of a few small electrical components which I had not had time to do. Mr. Ingram just stated that he would get the parts and return to do the work. He did so, buying quality products and bringing the receipt for reimbursement. He completed all the tasks, large and small, in a very safe manner, with competence and quality. He was concerned to maintain my home, not damaging the newly-painted surfaces and removing all trash. He tested all his installations and showed me how to work all elements. I sought his suggestions about several other construction items because he is qualified and experienced to handle a wide array of construction and renovation elements. It will be my intention to retain Mr. Ingram's services for other projects in the future. I highly recommend him based on my experience.
Naun was excellent with caulking my bump out roofing as well as around my door entrance. He also touched up my bump out roof with paint. He was able to caulk around my steps with a caulk color that closely matched the concrete color. I will be using Naun's services in the future for more projects.
The gentleman at Deck Wonders were great. The onsite estimate was appropriately priced, they adhered to the schedule, and most importantly they executed quality work. They were courteous, respectfully pointed out unforeseen challenges, and respected their quote even after I changed some of the specs. They were cautious when moving furniture which was especially important with a new floor. Lastly, the clean up job was great - both at the end of the day during the project and then at the end of the project. I am super happy with the work - I will hire again and have already recommended their services to my friends.
Beto and his team did a bathroom remodel for me. They were quick, responsive and dependable. Out of everyone I had met, they were the best price. They were reliable in terms of the estimated project timeline as well. The contractors were courteous and respected my space. Well done. The remodel included: removing/demolishing the existing vanity, mirror, light fixture, sink, toilet, and tiles. Installing/mounting new vanity, light fixture, vessel sink, toilet, and tiles. However, there were a two specific things that I would like to mention that can be improved. (1) Attention to detail: With the remodel included adding light fixtures above the bathroom vanity. When I came in to check how the work was going, the contractors did not measure the area to center the lighting above the sink. I don't think a contractor should require that much hand holding - centering fixtures is common sense. It was neither aligned to the right, left, or center. I did not comprehend what logic was used to mount it. This was part of the finishing touches of the project, so I suspect they wanted to wrap up and leave. However, I will say that anything I pointed out was fixed. If I mentioned anything to Beto, he would make sure the problem was addressed. (2) Accountability: After the work was completed, I had some issues with the toilet leaking at the base that the team installed. I contacted Beto - he did not respond. I contacted him again and he told me he would schedule a visit to check out the issue. I never heard back from him. So while he's responsive during the project, if there are any issues with their work after the fact, don't count on them to return. Overall, I would reconsider hiring Alcon Quality because of their prices and overall reliability. But I do recommend to Beto that he not forget his customers after the job is complete and be accountable for the work after his team packs up.
We had a wonderful experience with Julius from Gotes Construction. He was within our budget, got right to work and the best part was how clean he left things afterwards. He got our project done in a little more than an hour after we had been procrastinating for months. I would definitely use them again.
Learned about Curtis' company through work he did for a neighbor who was extremely satisfied with his work. They allowed us to see the work he'd done on their master bath and it looked great. We had our townhouse kitchen renovated by them. Curtis provided a very comprehensive estimate which detailed some items we hadn't considered such as daily clean-up, the payment schedule, and how receipts would be handled for materials purchases. His estimate came in at the middle of 4 estimates we received for tear-down of the original kitchen, new cabinet installation, tile floors and backsplash with some electrical and plumbing thrown in. He was able to accommodate an earlier start date when the cabinets we ordered were available earlier then expected by 2 weeks. He and his 2 assistants worked efficiently and more importantly they took care when doing the demo (and throughout the project) to protect the hallway floors and other areas of the house from dust, dirt and debris. They worked very efficiently and by the end of the 2nd day were starting on laying the tile floor. Cabinet installation went smoothly and he was kind enough to point out a couple items which we needed to report back to the cabinet makers regarding some bowing. Overall the project took approximately 9 business days from start to finish with a few small visits to finish up hardware, trim and reinstallation of the dishwasher once the counters and sink folks (separate company) finished their piece. His 2 assistants were equally pleasant and made us feel comfortable so we could ask questions as needed. We plan to use Curtis' company Oddjobs.pro again for upcoming bathroom renovations and some other work we need done.
This guy really know his work. I couldn't have been more please with my services. He did a deck repair; very prompt, professional and friendly. He even accommodated me after I had to make several appointment changes. He is my go to man for any or all my home repairs and/or upgrades. Thank you so much for your courtesy and professionalism.
Working with J-Team Construction was wonderful experience. Despite the challenges they faced with an older building, the job was handled professionally and the end result was far more beautiful than I originally imagined. I plan on using their services again as I continue to update.
I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure to to write a detailed one for Yosif and Smart House Remodeling. I think I am uniquely qualified to give a very thorough review, as I hired Yosif and his team to do a basement renovation covering over 1,400 square feet. This was a big job, and below you can see some of the before and after photos from a few of the rooms. I'm a pretty particular client; I'm an engineer and pay attention to the details and quality of work that I get done and was very pleased with the outcome on this. I hired Yosif after getting approximately 8 (!) different bids for this job. So that shows you what he was up against. I think the typical experience with working with Yosif is likely as follows: you have him out for an estimate, he has some good ideas about the work that you may have not considered, he gives you a prompt estimate with very reasonable prices, and then you hire him to start the job. Once work is well underway, you realize you've got something really great going and then start creating new contracts to do all kinds of additional work with him--work that perhaps you've put off because you dreaded having to go through finding a quality contractor for each additional project. In my case, I started off with vinyl plank flooring over 1400 sq. feet (spot-leveling & demo needed), with some switch relocation and other electrical work (outlet additions, ceiling box), recessed lighting installation, and HVAC vent installations. By the end I had added significant drywall patching (including closing holes in attic), replacing a huge wood paneled room with all-new drywall, installed an attic ladder, replaced a rear door (including new framing & storm door install), repaired a front door, had a custom divider wall built to hide an HVAC unit, had soundproofing insulation put in, multiple in-wall access panels, minor plumbing, and I could honestly go on. I got an amazing amount done beyond what I originally though was possible for my budget. Yosif is careful to make sure that you are OK with the finished product on each phase of the work that is being done, and is willing to redo things that are not quite right. Each job is properly finished too, with the small things like priming on drywall (plenty skip this!), clean up, and material disposal. I found him very trustworthy as well and had no issue with him doing work at my home regardless of whether I was there or not, yet he was also respectful of my schedule. I would also consider him skilled at a very broad range of construction areas/topics, which if you've hired a number of contractors before you probably know that is not always the case. Although I do want to note that I found his drywall work especially good. I don't think many people would assume that he has 10+ years of experience, but it shows in what he is capable of an his approach to solving the problems that you encounter (and you will always find something interesting when you start opening up walls!). In short, I would gladly recommend him without any reservations.
He did a beautiful job on our deck. We are planning on using him for another project. I highly recommend trana construction for any project!
When i hired Malak Construction back in March for my kitchen they did an immaculate job, they had explained each step thoroughly upon starting. Great company, definetely recommend.
J.F Fuentes General Construction is by far one of the best company I worked with. J.F General construction most recent project that he have done for me is a bathroom. Melvis will give you excellent quality and I I highly recommend J.F Fuentes General Construction for your future project.
Julio was fantastic! I bought an old house with a structural beam issue. I was looking for someone to give me a straight answer on what needed to be done. Julio explained every step to me and why he proposing to do the work that way. He gave me hands down the best estimate, in price and detail of work. Julio started work exactly when he told me he would, sent me pictures and texts throughout the process, and finished ahead of schedule. He went above and beyond by adding some hardware that he felt was needed for structural reasons, but stuck to his original price estimate. I plan to call Julio for other construction needs I have. He's a great guy, will be real with you, show up on time, and do great work for a great price!
