We used beStudio (Michael Blake) for a complete gut and renovation on a commercial project. We loved his original design and his ability to work within our budget when it turned out his original design wasn’t cost effective for us. He worked well with our GC and made sure that the final product was as beautiful as it was functional! We would definitely work with him again if another project came up!

Very malleable architect company. Able to quickly respond to our needs, and was very attentive to what we requested.
Our project was just over half a million in construction, and it was a full renovation of a commercial building for a specific use. Be studio LLC was able to provide well priced MEP engineering, architectural and design drawings, as well as lighting, HVAC plans, etc.
I would gladly utilize them again.

Michael is knowledgeable and responsive, and I recommend him for Architectural services. My project was stalled in permitting after the original designer became non-responsive, so we hired bestudio to make modifications to our drawings as required by the county. Michael was able to quickly adapt and help navigate the permitting process as the original design received additional permit comments that required more significant changes. Michael’s fees were reasonable and fair as the scope of work grew throughout the process.
