Outstanding performance that exceeded all expectations. We hired Leith to renovate our house after the tenant had left. Working with Leith and his team was an excellent experience - Leith was attentive to our needs, yet he had an innovative creative vision that was an asset in finding impressive solutions. We highly appreciated his professional demeanor and ability to deliver within the agreed time frames, given that we had very tight timelines. We were impressed that Leith was a resourceful and effective problem-solver, particularly that we renovated when there was a shortage of material. I'm very pleased with Space LA Architecture. They worked on designing and renovating our guest bedroom and bathroom. LA listened to us and came up with a perfect design. we are very pleased with the result and how it was within our budget and timeframe. 1. An initial discussion with the client will help us establish the scope of the project.
2. A Proposal is sent to the client to get the project running.
3. Design and development of the project to meet the clients aspirations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After a decade of experience in the Architecture industry, Leith Almashal founded and created Space LA, which designs luxury residences.
Leith earned a Bachelor Degree from The Catholic University of America before his Masters Degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in Architecture. Prior to establishing Space LA, Leith practiced architecture for world renowned firms and spent his career designing and bringing to fruition many projects from luxury residential to commercial and institutional architecture.
At Space LA, we believe that less is more, we design elegant and timeless buildings.
