Richard designed and managed the construction of a 2 story addition to our 100+ year old home. We had an excellent experience working with him and love our new space! We worked with Studio Lyew to gut renovate the second floor of a ~100 year old row home. Richard is collaborative, thoughtful/intentional, and flexible/adaptable a rare balance to strike but Richard nails it. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. Highly recommend.
