I worked with a bartender and waitress and they were absolutely phenomenal. The staff themselves are technically independent contractors but the Personal Sommeliers were super responsive in coordinating communication. The bartender was super knowledgeable about wine and liquor and was able to provide good recommendations.

Beware of bartender services as they individually contract out. Bartender, Shelby, that I was assigned initially seemed super professional and ready to go the extra mile. After services were agreed upon she failed to respond. Our agreement was that she would pick up the alcohol and do inventory however things were missing. She also agreed to return the items that were unused free of charge however the day of the event she stated that there would be a charge that she is unsure of the amount of to return the items. Lastly when I contacted her to get a receipt for the items that she bought she stopped responding. When I contacted Marq, the manager, he mentioned that she is in contact with me and that she will be contacting me again directly to resolve the issue however we have still not heard from her. This was very unprofessional and I am unhappy as this event was to celebrate me and fiancés engagement. Please be cautious before using their services.

Although the Event was spoken of as an initial success, I do apologize that the post-event relationship with one of your Professionals has tarnished your overall experience. Please note that all of our Professionals are Independent Contractors. They are paid by us to provide a high-level of service. With service being the the key responsibility, we do expect high-integrity from each of them. However, we are not responsible for any additional financial agreements made between the Host and the Professional. Due to legal requirements varying in each State, we can only provide and regulate the services explicitly listed in our Profile and Service Agreement.

WAITERS: Professional Waiters are culinary-trained in food & beverage service and have worked as a Banquet Server or Front of House Server in a fine dining establishment. BARTENDERS: Professional Bartenders are BarSmarts® Advanced Certified, hold the Certified Cicerone® qualification or equivalent and have worked as a Banquet Bartender or Mixologist in a fine dining establishment. MAÎTRE D’S: Maître d’s are culinary-trained in food & beverage preparation and service, possess management experience and have worked as a Banquet Captain or Dining Room Captain in a fine dining establishment. CHEFS: Professional Chefs have completed formal culinary training and have worked as a Private Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. SOMMELIERS: Professional Sommeliers have passed the Certified Sommelier Examination with the Court of Master Sommeliers® or earned the WSET Level 3 Award and have worked in a fine dining establishment.
