Pervez N. says, "Excellent HVAC Service — Honest, Responsive, and Trustworthy I’ve used him several times now for HVAC service and repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and genuinely fair with their pricing, but that has been my experience every time. On the first visit, he performed general maintenance on my HVAC system, including changing the filter, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils, checking refrigerant levels, and testing the system. During the inspection, he identified a weak capacitor and replaced it before it became a bigger problem. On another visit, he discovered the system was low on R22 refrigerant. He didn’t have it available that day, but he kept his word, returned the very next day, and recharged the system. Most recently, I had what appeared to be an HVAC leak. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and found that it was simply a clogged condensate drain line. He cleared it and got everything working properly without trying to turn a simple problem into an expensive repair. What impressed me most is that I was not home for any of these service calls. He communicated with me throughout every visit, sent pictures and videos showing what he found and the work he performed, explained what was needed, and kept me updated by text. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. He has been a man of his word every single time—responsive, dependable, transparent, reasonably priced, and willing to go the extra mile. Most importantly, he has earned my trust, which is probably the highest compliment I can give someone working on my home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC professional. He will definitely be my first call for any HVAC needs going forward. Setup a repair call with this company through Thumbtack. Even received a confirmation email from them. Called them the morning of the service call and they acted like they had never heard of the appointment and they didn't even offer a time to come out... If they cared so much I would have expected a different response and result. Not sure if I should blame them or Thumbtack for the mistake, but they handled it poorly. UPDATE: I'm going to change my review a little for AG. I did finally receive a call from them after the fact. They said that Thumbtack did not notify them of the appointment. I was a bit confused because I told the person who called that I received an appointment confirmation in an email. The service tech said that those are auto-generated by Thumbtack and not initiated by the company. He said that his company didn't receive any messages from Thumbtack until I posed the negative review. So they reached out to me to see if they could come out to help. Once they arrived, they realized that I needed a boiler replaced and they said that they didn't work on boilers, but the service tech would try to resolve the problem while he was there. Needless to say, he didn't resolve the issue, but I'll give them an A for effort in trying to resolve the problem after the "miscommunication" with Thumbtack. At the very least they did come out in good faith and didn't charge me a service charge for coming out.
