Introduction: I firmly believe that being fit does not have to include a fancy gym or even any equipment. Got a staircase? Got a sidewalk? I also believe that fitness can fit into anyone's schedule or life and I am committed to finding a personalized plan for each client's goals and lifestyle. Ali is a total time maximizer! As a mother and full time professional I was apprehensive about how much time I could commit. Everyday Fit taught me how to take advantage of the time I could set aside. Highly recommend to those in the DMV!

Ali has been a dedicated and supportive trainer for me in the gym, at the park, or on the road! She's approachable, knowledgeable, and a fun workout partner. She caters workouts to my goals and abilities, but always pushes me to do my best and surpass my own expectations. Most importantly: Ali is always encouraging and never judgmental!

I participated in some small group training sessions that Ali hosted and she was fantastic! She put together an efficient, 30 min workout, with easy to do movements that got results. I appreciated her positive attitude and encouragement throughout the sessions.

Ali helped me design a workout routine that I can use just about anywhere, on the road for work travel or even in the park where we practiced it. She talked to me ahead of it about the things I wanted to work on: core strength and leg strength so it was a workout that did exactly what I wanted. I don't like it when I go to gyms and feel pushed around by trainers so I was lucky to find Ali. She has a really calm and positive nature that is helpful and motivational to do your best. I knew we worked hard but I really realized it the next day. Now we are working on getting me running!

Ali makes fitness approachable and enjoyable! Her high intensity workouts make you feel like you're getting the most out of your time spent, but never like you can't handle it. No matter the varying fitness levels of people in out Small Group class, everyone got a great workout and had a great time! And the results speak for themselves!

    I stay on top of the latest fitness trends and research. I have a Master's in Public Health and maintain a variety of certifications in fitness, training and health education.
