I am passionate about helping women and men regain their power and lifestyle after stressful life events, difficult break ups, tumultuous relationships, messy divorce, and abusive partnerships. My goal is to help all my clients holistically from the inside out to feel powerful, attractive, independent and balanced. I have my master's in Psychotherapy/Marriage and Family Therapy with a certification in Neuropsychotherapy and specialize in relationship and dating consulting, emotional healing, understanding narcissist personalities, reframing, wardrobe and beauty consulting, and general guidance. My knowledge comes from my education and academic training as well as professional and many personal experiences. I am certified and trained by the Gottman Institute in treating affairs and trauma and I am super passionate about this type of work. If you experienced this type of betrayal, I can and will help you- I get it. In addition, I am trained as a Past Life Regression Therapist. What is that you ask? I have a very direct approach to coaching which is why I don’t practice traditional therapy. I do point out destructive behaviors and toxic patterns in a very gentle and respectful way. I never take sides but am upfront with my feedback.
One of the biggest enjoyments I have with my work is helping men and women navigate the dating world. I create effective and authentic dating profiles, advise on proper and appropriate communication with a romantic interest and train men and women of all ages on respectable, dating etiquette. So if dating is frustrating to you or you’re gaining little to no traction, I can help!
Many clients (men and women) come to me feeling lost or “stuck” in life specifically with their career. I curate each strategy and process for each client to find a path they are passionate about- as one size does not fit all.
