The job:
Refinish 8 stained drawer fronts back to their original finish. Turnaround time was ~4 weeks.
What went well:
Sherisse was a pleasure to work with and an excellent communicator by text, email, and phone. She even personally delivered the drawer fronts to our home the night before I travelled out of town, which was a huge time saver and convenience for me.
What could have been better:
The result wasn't a match to the original, but Sherisse was more than willing to refinish them again. In the end we decided that the new tone was a nice enough complement to the rest of the vanity cabinet, which was not refinished.
