The cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my home. I was able to leave my key in a secured spot and allow the cleaners to go in my home while I wasn't there. She was punctual and very professional. The booking process was easy on their website, and I was able to get in contact with someone to add services onto my booking at the last minute. I am now a repeated customer with S&S. I have a 3 bed, 3.5 bath house with a finished basement, two messy young kids, and a dog that sheds like crazy. Sudz and Sweep Cleaning Services went above and beyond on my deep cleaning job. Amazing work and very friendly, punctual, communicative staff. Can’t wait to have them back next month for a standard cleaning. 10/10!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for reoccurring customers - weekly cleanings are 20% off, biweekly cleanings are 15% off and monthly cleanings are 10% off. We offer new customers care packages after they book our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know what the customers wants/needs and ensure we can meet their needs. We like to get to know our clients, so we can build a partnership - their wants/needs are our demand.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Sudz and Sweep Cleaning Services started in 2015 when I was an undergraduate student. I was looking to make some extra money while in college and feel in love with the business. My love for cleaning started with my grandmother, she owned a cleaning company in New York City and shortly after her passing the family had to shift her clients to others within the community. My goal is to rebuild my grandmothers legacy.
