My experience was excellent. Marc excelled in all areas including Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality. He came to my home early, diagnosed the problems, repaired them to my satisfaction, and gave me the senior discount. Plus, we will be doing more work at my home with my desktop PC. Before arriving, we agreed upon a reasonable price if he were unsuccessful. While the original problem was not solved, and seemed to be unsolvable, the technician provided a work-around, leaving me with a working computer.

Marc really helped me resolve my computer issues. I needed a modem installed and to have Ring and Alexa work with it. It did that quickly with no problems. He also checked and found out why my computer was slow. He cleaned up /removed the problems. He explained how I could make my computer better. He was really very good. I will get him again if I ever need help with my computer.
