- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. I charge a small on-site estimate fee to cover time and travel, which is waived if I'm hired for the job. I offer bundle discounts for multiple projects and always provide a detailed breakdown before starting. I also offer a discount for customers who are referred by a past client or bring repeat business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation—either virtual or on-site—to understand the customer’s needs, vision, and budget. Then I provide an itemized estimate, timeline, and answer any questions. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep communication open throughout, and ensure the client is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in carpentry and general construction, with hands-on experience in everything from framing and decking to custom staircases and trim. I also stay current with building codes and safety standards to make sure every job is done right.
