Introduction: We offer the most professional and authentic dance entertainment available throughout Metropolitan Washington DC, in addition to easy, flexible and fun instruction for the entire family in every style of social dance from around the globe that literally anyone can afford (and your first class is free with a "2-for-the-price-of-1" pass online for first timers).
There's absolutely no high-pressure selling, long and expensive contracts or holding students back who can proceed faster. Our selling point is our superior ability to teach, not sell.
Everyone is welcome in our weekly classes and social dance events, including students of all ages, singles, couples, same-gender couples and the seeing and hearing impaired (limited ASL avail).
Our group classes and private instruction are reasonably priced and available for all levels, including for brand-new beginners right up through top-level competition training in all of the social dances, including salsa, Argentine tango, ballroom (waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep and Viennese waltz), Latin (salsa, mambo, merengue, chachacha, rumba samba, paso doble, bachata), swing (East Coast swing, West Coast swing, Lindy hop and jive) as well as disco hustle, hip-hop, dance-at-your-wedding workshops and more.
In addition, our associate teachers are not newcomers right out of training class, but rather highly trained and skilled in their individual areas of expertise. We teach classes mostly in downtown DC on Wednesdays, and Sundays at DanceSport Dupont Circle, as well as in Upper Northwest DC, Bethesda, and on Capitol Hill.
