- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based upon a number of things. How long is my services needed? What equipment do I need to bring? How far do I have to travel? Was I given a short notice of the event? What type of event is it? All of these things play a role in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I simply find out exactly what it is they are looking for and expect when hiring me. Generally that means getting as much info about their event as possible. For example: What genres of music would they like to hear? What equipment I would need to bring? Age of guest attending event? How long is the event? etc, etc. I like for customers to know exactly what they are spending their money on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10yrs of experience as a Dj. I Dj / Host on a weekly basis on radio and at various Clubs, Lounges, and bars in the Washington, DC and area. I've done a numerous amount of weddings and parties for both adults and kids. My resume of work concludes that I am qualified for what I do.
