John did an amazing job in thoroughly cleaning all air vents and old furnace . He was very professional and provided me with recommendations on how to maintain the air duct and furnace system . I will give John 5 stars ⭐️. Air duct service was this morning 11/26/21. It smells like a brand new unit already . Chicago area -

This company is the best! They are very professional, on time, responsive an a pleasure to work with. The price is amazing for all they do. We had the dryer vent cleaned at the same time. I highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning service! In setting up the appointment they were very professional and helpful in fitting me into their schedule. The technician, Bruno, was scheduled to come between 3-5PM but called earlier in the day saying he was in the area and could come sooner - we were grateful for his flexibility. Bruno was very personable, super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He finished the job in a timely manner and explained (and showed!) the exact cause of the issue. He even said if the problem arose again in the next several weeks to call him directly and he’d come back and recheck it but assured us there should be no problems. We also loved the fact that if you paid in cash you received a discount. We were extremely happy & satisfied with Bruno and Lowe’s and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!
