Rafael was very quick and responsive to my project request for general contractor/handyman touchups I needed for my rental property (installing bath mirror, paint door, medicine cabinet, minor fixes to flooring). Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the attempt at flooring work, he was able to take care of the other requests.
