FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable. It’s cheaper to do a bundle of projects than one at a time. But understand your paying for my knowledge, my skills, and my craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone call to get an image in my head. Second, a walkthrough to observe any visible issues and to inform the client of what I’m looking for and what I plan to do. I also like to include the client in the walkthrough to see and hear their opinions and ideas. I try to never get high-minded. Then it’s time to discuss numbers and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification from High School stating that I passed all test and classes to obtain my certificate. Also, I completed the six year apprenticeship with IBEW Local 26. Which is the Electricians Union. Now I hold my license as an Electrical Journeyman!
