Our experience with GAN Construction was just outstanding.
They have reconstructed our entire outdoor composite stair case.
It was clear from the moment I met Gilberto that he understood the complexity of the project, knew what to do and offered a fair price.
They came the next morning, worked for almost 3 days and I am just thrilled with the outcome. The foundation they put underneath would be here for years to come, the equipment they used, material they brought, was all first class. I am already waiting to work with them on two additional projects; sidings and painting of concrete pathway.

I have hired them for the job of replacing all the posts under my deck and other areas needing replacement. (Having a hot tub on the deck that leaked periodically for 10 years was not the best place for it).
Gilberto was prompt with the estimate and professional explaining what needs to be done and how they will accomplish that. Work will not start until August at my request.

I had a deck that suffered from wood rot on the main support posts and the stairs. Gilberto and his crew did a great job with the repairs. They worked hard and made the deck safe and looking great. GAN Construction did a fantastic job repairing our porch railing, which had been deteriorating due to water damage. They replaced the wood and repainted perfectly. They were communicative, on time and super professional throughout the job and cleanup. Highly recommend!!
