Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Has your home been invaded by mice? Don't just settle for an exterminator that offers to put down sticky traps, and put you on a maintenance plan. That doesn't permanently solve the problem. The BioTech method for solving a mice problem is to: - Perform a thorough inspection of your home to figure out what is attracting them, how they are getting in and where they are hiding. Then, customize a removal and exclusion strategy for your home. - Remove the current population of mice and seal entry points using a proprietary method we developed from over a decade of exclusion experience. What sets us apart is our expertise in home improvement. - Give you a 1-year warranty to back up our work. The longest warranty in the industry. We also take care of rats and common pests local to the Washington DC area.

I would highly recommend this company. They were extremely professional, came out and analyzed the situation and told me what needed to be done. Bc it was an outside issue I chose to handle it myself. They did not charge me for this consultation. I wish more companies were smart like Bio tech pest management. By being honest and not charging me for something I can easily do myself, they just earned my business for many years to come and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Excellent company!

I was very impressed with John when he arrived, very promptly, and gave me my estimate. I had lots of questions, and he provided me with lots of answers. Because I am so squeamish about having mice run around in my home, I wanted to know how would the mice get out, once they were sealed in. John assured me that they did not "live" in my home but come and go at random. He then showed me their entry points. He assured me that BioTech would seal all of these points and I should not see any more activity; if I did, to call them immediately, and they would come back out. They guaranteed a 1-year warranty. I was pleased and agreed to the service. The one most notable thing that happened during John's walk thru. John politely removed a dead mouse that he saw in my back room closet. He put it in a bag and took it with him when left. That spoke volumes to me. Like I said, the very thought of mice sends all types of anxiety through me. Well, two days later, Derrick arrives to do the installation. I had a few things going on when he arrived. I opened the door, he walked in with his arms full of equipment. (I had another contractor arrive at the same time). I said hello to Derrick as he proceeded to go back to my kitchen to start the work on his work order. I took care of the other contractor. Derrick went back out to get more work items. When he retured, I asked Derrick his name, as he did not mention it upon his arrival. He was very polite and professional as he moved from task to task. I asked a few questions to be assured that I understood each task and to make sure Derrick addressed each item that was given to me during my initial walk through. I kept thinking about the process of sealing the holes, etc. to keep the mice from gaing entry, but the burning question in my mind was..."if the mice are hiding while Derrick is sealing the entry points, HOW WILL THEY GET OUT? So I asked Derrick to please explain that to me. He said, you should get some sticky mouse traps, put peanut butter or dog food on them to draw them to the traps...I must have had some type of expression that Derrick immediately noticed, for he said, I know, that's kind if awful to watch mice in pain like that. He then said, "just pick up the trap and throw it away". I looked at him and replied, "It's not the mouse on the trap that I'm concerned about, but the fact that I am paying you guys all this money to have to go out and spend some more! How absurd. And if I'm too anxious to even look at mice, what makes you think I want to entertain a flurry of them running around trying to get out. And he replied, "I'm sorry, John should have told you". Besides, we just seal, we don't carry the traps." Hmmm, I thought, for this price, you should. I thought about that statement, talked it over with my friend and then phoned the office. I asked to speak with the owner so that I could voice my opinion and to offer a suggestion. The owner did not call me back. It is now almost two days later and still I have not heard from the owner or anyone else for that matter. My suggestion: Please inform the customer that they should be prepared to have mouse traps, and why....so that the customer can make informed decisions knowing all the facts. PS. Derrick left behind his sealant. It read, Home Depot. Another Aha moment. I, being the research analyst that I am, went to the Home Depot website. When I learned of the price for a can of sealant, I thought, WOW! With a little knowledge and the Home Depot products, I could have saved myself hundreds of $$$$$ and sealed the holes myself. A return call would have alleviated my quest for knowledge. It would also take this bitter taste from my mouth. If you won't return my call when I have questions, will you respond when I need you to honor my warranty? Thank you for the bitter/sweet experience.

Just had a free inspection n John explained me the problem well. They offer a one time cleanup instead of a monthly plan. Haven’t taken their service yet.
