- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can vary (not much) based on the distance I have to travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client a little bit via phone to establish a good rapport, but it's not always necessary, as I understand people have really busy lives. Email or text confirmations work well too. I go to wherever the event is being held, check in and set up. I make sure I have enough supplies for the amount of people who want work done. My designs will be timed by how many people want to get painted, just so I can accommodate everyone. I work quickly but beautifully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts and received the best training in fine arts, then branched off to use those skills for face painting.
