- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My knack for bargain shopping started at age 12. I wore designer brand clothing as an adolescent that I was able to afford only working a part time job I'm high school- I'm talking Neimans wear at Walmart prices! All the students thought I was rich! The truth was, my parents couldn't afford to buy my clothes at all; and I could not afford regular retail prices on my own. I began thrifting, trading, consigning and even making my own clothes before it was cool. I eventually accepted this as my creative outlet; an art form, and my gift to you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't over think it! It's simple AND sensible... you could go shopping today, spend twice as much money and still wake up with a closet full of nothing to wear! Get inspired; so that you may inspire others to love themselves a little better too!
