They gave a thorough inspection of the chimney and the roof in the area, even checking around the electrical line and solar which are near the chimney making sure the flashing was ok (id mentioned we have a leak in that area so he went above and beyond to inspect things)

They was the one who came by, and he was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly, handled the repair efficiently, and left everything clean and safe

They explained that our fireplace hadn't been installed the right way, which we never would have known on our own. It was easy to book an appointment with them who then kept in touch regarding exact expected time of arrival. The chimney sweep was very friendly and tidy. He did a great job and the fireplace has never looked so clean!
