They were our chimney sweep technician and he really knew his stuff. He was very respectful and friendly throughout the visit. I appreciated how he took the time to clearly explain the condition of my chimney and what steps should be taken to keep it safe to use. I also feel much better knowing my dryer vent is now clean and not a fire risk.

They explained that our fireplace hadn't been installed the right way, which we never would have known on our own. They gave a thorough inspection of the chimney and the roof in the area, even checking around the electrical line and solar which are near the chimney making sure the flashing was ok (id mentioned we have a leak in that area so he went above and beyond to inspect things)
