They were able to answer all my queries about the service and upkeep of my wood-burning stove in an informed manner. Besides, they examined the visible part of the chimney on the roof and took photographs to clarify areas that might require attention or repair.

We’ve used High’s to clean the chimneys in our 10-year old Victorian for decades and can always get a quick appointment, efficient and thorough service, but the tech was especially good in identifying some trouble spots we need to address for fire safety
