It was easy to book an appointment with them who then kept in touch regarding exact expected time of arrival. The chimney sweep was very friendly and tidy. He did a great job and the fireplace has never looked so clean!

We’ve used High’s to clean the chimneys in our 10-year old Victorian for decades and can always get a quick appointment, efficient and thorough service, but the tech was especially good in identifying some trouble spots we need to address for fire safety

I’m so happy with the electric fireplace they installed for me! The whole process was super easy, and the team was great to work with - friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing.
