- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss your goals, your health history, your fitness history, what motivates you, why you are looking for a trainer, etc.. We do not typically workout during this initial meeting, it is used as a way for us to become familiar with one another and for you to decide if I will be a good fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business and MA in Kinesiology. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, and a Functional Aging Specialist. I have been trained to teach TRX, ViPR, and Z-health principles. I also have a Diploma in Personal Nutrition.
