Introduction: My training is not "cookie cutter." Everyone gets an initial free assessment, then given the outcome of the assessment exercises and sample workouts, I develop a program tailored to your goals as well as your needs. Everything I do lines up with scientific data and/or studies, not fads. No tricks, no gimmicks, just hard honest work from the both of us will get the jobs done. I love making the connections with the clients, the conversation between the sets. Then, when you reach your goals, we can celebrate the hard work together.

I started working with Justin at the Wisconsin Athletic Club and we trained together for over 2 years. When I originally started training with Justin it was after years of sitting on the coach and being overweight. He never made me feel uncomfortable and he only encouraged me to to work harder. When i told him i needed help with my diet he worked with me eating healthy and keeping me on track. Justin truely cared about my health and on a weekly basis he would review my food journal and would advise me as to what I could improve. When I had a bad week, he would push me to track my food and eat more vegetables. I would have to say that as time went on my workouts with Justin just got better and he would continue to change them up so I would not get bored and he would continue to challenge me. Justin is a super hard worker and I truely believe that anyone who would work with him would benefit greatly. My explerience with him would have improved if he would not have left the state of Wisconsin. If he every came back I would certainly train with him again. I believe that the additional schooling and experience from working with all differenct age groups has made Justin a well rounded trainer. He not only worked with me he also worked with my daughter and my 78 year old mother.

Was my trainer for 18 months. I gained a lot of strength in every muscle group. My aerobic fitness was clearly stronger as well. He and I had a lot of fun in every workout and we became great friends.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish everyone knew that there is no magic pill, and no instant service for weight loss. It takes time, effort, and knowledge of how to truly structure an exercise program, & adjust it as time goes on.
