Ashley Darling Yoga

Introduction: Personally, I found yoga in 2009 as a former dancer. I enjoyed the movement and postured similar to my dance background but discovered something deeper after moving to Washington, DC in 2013. With a hectic work schedule living in a bustling city, yoga became my lifeline to stress relief and overall well-being. Now in 2018, after teaching for five years across the United States my practice is rooted in mindfulness, healing, and gratitude. I have studied with Master Yogis and healers from around the world and enjoy a deep sense of contentment fulfilling my life's purpose by sharing my knowledge and helping heal those around me.
